To get started with your remote support session with us:
- Click the link below for your operating system.
- Launch the downloaded program.
It may be in your Downloads folder.
Answer in the affirmative if it asks for permission to run or, if on MacOS, if it asks for you to allow changes in privacy settings follow those steps.
- Give the 9-digit number to your technician.
When you want to end the support session, be sure to quit the program. This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed any more until you download and run the program again.
