  • Security Updates for your System and Common Applications: We will check for updates for you and install them at a time that's good for you (by default, they will usually occur outside of the hours 8am-5pm unless you specify a better time for you). Our technicians will also tell our tool to optimize your system weekly to keep it running it's best!
  • PC Security Monitoring: Our software regularly scans for security vulnerabilities and allows us to fix them without you needing to worry about it. If further work may need to be performed to resolve a security issue, we'll reach out via email to set up a remote support session (as a subscriber, you also get discounted labor for diagnosing issues!). If you opt for the Elite plan with the Managed Antivirus subscription, we guarantee you will not get any malware, or we will remove it fully at no cost to you!

NOTE REGARDING ANTI-MALWARE PROTECTION: While our integrated anti-malware protection does not conflict with many existing antivirus programs, it is meant to be the only antivirus you'll need installed, so we recommend removing any current antivirus protection before installing our solution.

If remote support is necessary, our software will prompt you for access to your computer before allowing us to share your screen, and you will be able to see everything we do on your computer while we work with you and the amount of time that access will be allowed will be shown in the prompt for permission. We know there are plenty of remote support scammers out there, we are not criminals like them, but please contact us if you have any specific questions or concerns about the service at any time.
